Catholic Education Foundation
We use the Catholic Educational Foundation (CEF) applications and income guidelines to determine financial eligibility. Parents may apply for this Income-Based Scholarship or other state-related scholarships. More information is available on the CEF eNewsletter. Applications may be picked up in the school office or downloaded using the link below.
Payment Plans
Tuition payments may be made in 10 or 11 monthly installments beginning in July and ending in April /May. Families may select a monthly payment date of the 5th or 20th.
Full Tuition Payment Discount
A 5% discount is extended to families paying tuition in full by August 1, 2026.
Age Guidelines for PK and Kindergarten
- Preschool-3 students must be three (3) years of age on or before starting school, and they must be fully potty trained.
- Transitional Kinder-4 students must be four (4) years of age on or before September 1.
- Kindergarten students must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1.

We believe that a Catholic Education is for everyone, regardless of financial situation. SBS encourages families to apply to the Catholic Education Fund (CEF) every year, as this wonderful organization provides scholarships to families in need.
New Student Tuition Assistance – Catholic Education Foundation (CEF)
St. Bernard School is proud to participate in the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) Tuition Assistance Program for new students.
If you know a family looking for a school with a strong academic foundation centered in Christ, we invite you to refer them to St. Bernard School. We are committed to educating the whole child by fostering academic excellence, faith formation, leadership, and service.
CEF applications for new students are now available and will remain open through April 2027.
Returning Student Tuition Assistance – CEF
St. Bernard School offers tuition assistance through the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) for eligible returning students.
Families must submit a new CEF application each spring for the upcoming school year. Tuition assistance does not automatically renew from one year to the next.
Applications and supporting documents must be completed by the required deadline to be considered for an award.
Applications may be picked up in the School Office or downloaded using the link below.
